Hi! I’m Marcia Campbell, founder of The MC Nanny Agency. As a working mom I knew there had to be a better way to find the help that mothers and families need, while providing both a pleasant and organized experience at reasonable prices.
As a first time mom with no family in the Los Angeles area, I assumed that because I read everything that I could get my hands on, that I was adequately “prepared” for motherhood. Once my first child arrived, I realized fairly quickly that I needed help, FAST!
I searched for an agency that could provide reliable, detailed information, background checks, and domestic help candidates with several years of experience, and references I could trust. I wanted all of that information presented in a way that I could review it quickly and be prepared to interview. In looking for an agency, I was really looking to work with people who understood me as a person. I wanted to know that the voice on the phone could help me understand my needs as a first time mom, in the short term and long term. I had a hard time finding that unique blend of service, empathy and integrity.
This agency was born out of that need!
As an agency we completely support all of the families that we work with.
